Card Payments 2 Day (In Person/Remote Webinar)
This proven course delivers a solid grounding in the payments business. It covers the payments ecosystem and then drills down to the mechanics of Card Payments. Delegates will learn about the institutions involved and explore the detail and example flows behind Card Production, Authorisation, Clearing and Settlement. The course continues with a section on Fraud and Disputes and concludes with an overview of the major Compliance regulations (PCI, GDPR, AML5, EMD2 and PSD2).
It's been delivered to scores of delegates at several well known industry instututions with an average overall rating of 4.55 out of 5 (with 60% of delegates giving it top marks)

Business training courses delivered include Card Payments, Debit vs Prepaid Cards and Processing vs Licence models. Technical training has been undertaken on subjects such as Databases (Informix), Middleware (Tuxedo) and Programming Languages (C).
Over the years, we have also supplied a range of more specialised technical, management and product training in house and all over the world to groups as diverse as program managers, senior management, implementers and developers.
Outcomes have included onboarding an entire banking department to support card issuing as a new venture, educating users on their own in-house products so they could better support their customers and fast tracking new inductions of staff from other sectors into the Card Payments business.
